• Perform 7*24*365 on-call & 7*24*4 on-site DC support including level-2 remote hand services.
• Interface with Facility Management team in relation to facility incidents, planned and unplanned outages, and scheduled maintenances at the Data Center. Properly communicate the level of impact and risk to customer equipment on all scheduled and planned maintenance.
• Site Decoration and Cabling Service, perform Telco duties that include laying, terminating and testing of Copper and Fiber Optic cable according to customer’s indication.
• Periodical Report. Document and update DC layout, including rack elevation drawing and network circuits etc.
• On behalf of customer’s on equipment import/export customs declaration.
• Co-operation with relative departments of customer on billing issue, communicate with local vendor & carrier.
• Customers relationship and Carriers relationship maintenance according to customer’s instructions.
• Countrywide IT Deployment Service (IT Installation/Move/Add/Change Services, software and hardware upgrade, etc.).
